Hotel Karavan - Urgench

I recently stayed at a hotel in Urgench and had a great experience. The location was convenient, with easy access to the fascinating Khorezm region. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable bedding. The staff were helpful and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Additionally, I was delighted to be able to check-in earlier than the normal time, allowing me to settle in quickly and start exploring.

The hotel was well-equipped with nice bedding and clean bathrooms. The staff were very friendly and always tried their best to please us. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised when we could check-in to our rooms earlier than the scheduled time.

There were some communication issues due to a language barrier. Some of the staff members did not understand us and misunderstandings arose during meals and at checkout.
